Quick ocnnector assembly & disassembly operations method:
1.Eternal quick connector is made up of body,in O-ring,out O-ring,spacer ring,securing ring and locking spring.
2.Insert the mating tube end piece to connector,due to the function of flexible locking spring and snap fastener,they are joined together,then pull back to assure a complete connection so that quick connector coupling can work well.
3.While in disassembly,firstly push in male end piece,then press locking spring ends till expansion from the middle,the connector can be easily pulled out.
4.Lubricated with SAE 30-weight oil before re-connecting.
